Description
Girls only! The Novice Program is broken down into specific skill sets that must be mastered in order to move up to the next level. Building on the previous level, these classes are designed to push athletes to achieve excellence at even the most basic skill level. Gymnasts will continue to excel in everything from flexibility, strength, and skill progression on gender appropriate events. Diamond Gymnastics of Hoboken is a facility unique to the area and the largest full-scale training facility in town! Our 4,000 square foot gym features a multitude of training equipment to accommodate both male and female athletes from preschool to high school and beyond.
