Program Description
GRIT focuses on helping budding athletes improve athletic performance, and increase the toughness and mental confidence. Our programs integrate the following disciplines: * Running Technique/Cardiorespiratory, *Plyometrics, *Strength/Speed/Agility/Quickness, *Balance, and *Hand-Eye Coordination
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period may incur a fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the provider.

About Grit Sports Training Center
GRIT’s Mission is to get Kids ACTIVE! Our Sports Training facility is located in Downtown Jersey City with Gymnastics, Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Obstacle Course Racing, Skateboarding, Sports Training, and Basketball programs for Youth, Teens, and Adults. We are not your ordinary gym. Our programs are designed to improve your speed, coordination, flexibility & athleticism. We also offer Holiday Camp, After School, and Birthday Parties registration is now open for GRIT Adventure Summer Camp 2022 from June 13th to Sept 2nd! GRIT is located at the SW corner of 201 Marin Blvd facing the new Morris Square Park and directly across from the Boys & Girls Club.
