Program Description
Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ, Basic techniques, and Self Defense. Class is comprised of a warm-up, a study of self-defense techniques, the study of Takedowns and Ground Techniques. Practice ends with rounds of rolling starting from specific positions (Guard, Mount, Side Control, and others).
