Program Description
Gymnastics and Yoga class for toddlers. While yoga and gym activities are generally associated with adults, there are modified versions of these practices that can be introduced to kids and toddlers. Here are some considerations and benefits of incorporating these activities: * Safety * Development of gross motor skills * Body awareness and control * Improved flexibility and strength * Confidence and self-esteem Our Toddlers will move, breath and acknowledge their feelings, and emotions through various modified asanas and breathing exercises.
