Program Description
Kids Class is an exciting fun-filled program designed to teach lifelong exercise habits, and discipline and instill humility and respect in your child. It is a small class limited to 10 students to ensure your child receives personal attention and care. Security cameras are installed throughout the gym for a parent to access and watch classes remotely. All of our staff has completed a full background check. We have a large comfortable parent Wi-Fi Lounge in addition to a parent viewing area. Children warm up with jump rope and then proceed to an agility course to build body mechanics and balance. A short water break and then your child will proceed to pad / bags and mitts work followed by 10 basic exercises and a full body stretch.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period may incur a fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the provider.

About Jersey City Muay Thai
Jersey City Muay Thai exists to provide our community an opportunity to study the sport of Muay Thai , lose weight, develop practical Self -Defense skills, build confidence and produce champion fighters. Classes are offered 6 days a week from morning until night and are instructed by certified coaches with coaches who care about your progression and goals. We are not a large cooperate gym but a mom and pop shop that has served our city faithfully the last 14 years and produced national champions, helped thousands of kids and adults get into shape and learn to protect their boundaries on and off the mat. We welcome visitors to view the gym, our classes and provide trial class options to explore the sport.
