1. Using Wondrfly


When you browse, sign up, or interact with our site or app, you're saying you agree with our terms and privacy policy. If not, please don't use our platform.


2. Who can use Wondrfly


You need to be 18 or older. If you're younger, get an adult involved. They'll be the main user, and they'll need to oversee what you do.


3. Privacy:


We value your privacy and work diligently to safeguard your trust. Kindly review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data. This policy outlines the use of your information on our platform and is integral to our Terms, so we recommend reading both thoroughly.


4. Your Wondrfly Account


On Wondrfly, various providers list children's classes and activities. Please be aware:

a. Booking a class or activity means we’ll share some of your information with the provider of that class or activity.

b. You may only book a class or activity with providers who are Wondrfly partners. Some providers may require additional information beyond what you provided when you created your Wondrfly account. In these cases, Wondrfly will ask for this information at the time of booking.

c. In creating your account you agree to:
- Be Truthful. It is illegal to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account.
- Be respectful. We ask that you respect others in the Wondrfly community. If we find out that you are negatively impacting the experience of other Wondrfly users, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
- Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the activity on your account. Your accounts are not transferable. If you are sharing an account with another person or if you are booking classes on behalf of children other than your own, the person whose email information is on the account will ultimately be responsible for all activity.

d. By creating a Wondrfly account, you’re opting in to receive emails from us. While essential emails (like order confirmations) are mandatory, you can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the provided unsubscribe link.

e. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Wondrfly. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords with your account. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from a weak password.

Just to clarify - setting up a Wondrfly account or using our platform doesn't form any official partnerships or employment ties with us. When you register for an activity, the only bond we have is based on these Terms. No hidden strings attached!

5. Payment:

When booking an activity on Wondrfly, you are obligated to cover all associated fees as indicated at the time of registration.


a. Refunds: Refunds are determined at the discretion of the specific activity/class provider. If you have concerns or inquiries about a refund, please contact support@wondrfly.com. It's important to note that if a refund is granted, we may charge a fee for any activity you participated in before cancellation. Additionally, any discounts or refunds granted do not set a precedent for future requests.

b. Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure. Should any changes occur, you will be informed either via Wondrfly.com or email.

c. Updating Payment Information: Update your payment details anytime by navigating to the "My Account" section. If payment is not successfully processed and you neglect to update your payment method or cancel your account, you remain liable for any uncollected amounts. We'll attempt continuous billing to your updated payment method. Repeated billing issues might necessitate the termination of your Wondrfly access.

d. Provider-specific Fees: Some providers may impose additional fees, such as for equipment or amenities. These fees are directly payable to the provider at the time of the activity, unless communicated otherwise. Remember, these fees are separate from Wondrfly's standard charges.

6. Cancellation of Classes:


We understand plans can change. We also understand that classes and activities take valuable time for the provider to plan and organize. Each activity has its own cancellation policy set by the provider. You can view these policies under the details of each activity in the 'My Account' section post-registration. Before signing up, make sure to familiarize yourself with these guidelines. Failing to cancel properly, or missing a class without cancellation, may result in full charges for the class and/or related fees. Repeated issues may lead to account termination. Always be mindful of the specific cancellation details.

7. Third-Party Services & Content:

We sometimes link to services and sites not owned by Wondrfly, like Providers or advertisers. We don't control their content or policies, and can't vouch for their accuracy or reliability. If you explore these third-party services, it's on you to follow their rules. Just because we mention or link to a service doesn't mean we endorse it. And remember, we can always change or remove these third-party links at our discretion.

8. Protected Materials:

Building Wondrfly took a lot of hard work. Our platform is packed with copyrighted content, trademarks, and other unique info ("Proprietary Information"). All this is safeguarded by intellectual property laws. While you can use Wondrfly, this doesn't give you any ownership rights in our platform or its content.

9. Using Wondrfly:

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use Wondrfly to check out or book Activities, but you need to play by the rules:

a. Don’t break the law: Using Wondrfly? Please respect all applicable laws. No fraud, theft, or any unlawful mischief.

b. Don’t steal from us: Don't try to access our backend, like crawling, scraping, or reverse engineering.

c. Don’t harm us: Please, no viruses or harmful code or anything that might harm our systems or other users. Let's keep Wondrfly safe for everyone.

d. Our Name, Our Brand, our IP: “Wondrfly” and our other trademarks are ours. Use them only if we say it's okay.


10. Account Termination:

We can close your account and stop your Wondrfly access anytime, for any reason, without a heads-up. Remember, using Wondrfly isn't a legal right.


a. If we close your account, this Agreement's rules still apply.

b. Ending your account means possibly losing your data, including your Content.

c. We may discontinue Wondrfly. We might tweak, pause, or end Wondrfly anytime. If so, we're not responsible for any content you might lose.


11. Limitations of Liability - Please be aware:

a. We don’t control which Providers or Activities you choose via Wondrfly.

b. We aren't accountable for your actions stemming from Wondrfly use or anything that happens during Activities booked through us.

c. We're not liable for your Wondrfly use, including interactions with Providers or content on your account. We don’t endorse the accuracy or legality of content accessed via our Platform.

d. Engaging in Activities via Wondrfly is at your risk. We aren’t responsible for any issues with Providers or third parties. If you have a dispute with a Provider, you absolve Wondrfly of all related claims or damages.
e. We’re not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. Some states might have different warranty rules, so these disclaimers might not apply to everyone.

12. Warranties – Understand that:


a. Using Wondrfly is entirely at your own risk. We provide it "as is" and "as available," without any guarantees or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or functionality.

b. We, along with the Wondrfly Parties, disclaim all warranties, be they express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, and compatibility of the software.

c. We don't promise that Wondrfly will be error-free, nor that we'll fix all defects. Use the platform knowing these risks.

d. The Wondrfly Parties don't endorse or take responsibility for any service or product by a Provider or third party on our platform, even if advertised.

13. Indemnification – Recognize that:

a. Wondrfly aggregates Activities from Providers. We don't control their quality or execution. Understand there are inherent risks in attending these Activities, such as injury, damage, or illness. You accept these risks for you and your child.

b. Before participating, check with a physician to ensure an Activity is suitable for your child. Any child-related info on Wondrfly is for informational purposes and its use is at your risk.

c. You commit to shielding and holding the Wondrfly Parties harmless against:
 i. Any consequences from using Wondrfly;
 ii. Injuries, damages, or issues arising from any Activity on Wondrfly;
 iii. Breaches of this Agreement's terms;
 iv. Violating third-party intellectual property rights;
 v. Breaking any laws or infringing third-party rights.

14. Miscellaneous:

a. Should any legal enforcement of these terms arise, the winning party can claim costs and attorney fees. Any arbitral decisions can be upheld in court.

b. Waiver: No class actions or representative actions are allowed, regardless of the dispute forum. Our lack of immediate action doesn't mean we waive any rights.

c. Notice: We may send notices about Agreement changes. If you use Wondrfly without authorization, you still acknowledge any notices as if received.

d. Force Majeure: We aren't liable for any service issues caused by uncontrollable factors, from natural disasters to technological hiccups.

e. Severability: If a term here is found unlawful, it won't affect the rest. We'll adjust to stay compliant and true to our objectives.

f. Entire Agreement: This Agreement captures our full understanding, replacing all previous discussions or versions. Any changes need our written agreement.

g. Headings: These are just for clarity, not for interpretation or scope.
